HIV Treatment 

Even though there isn’t a cure for HIV, there are really effective treatments that help people live long and healthy lives! 

These treatments are called antiretroviral treatment (ART). ART decreases the amount of HIV virus in the body. 

ART works by stopping HIV viruses from making more copies. This allows your immune system to make more immune cells to keep you healthy and fight off infections.
